California State Controller Warns Legislators will get IOUs

Finally the state is starting to tell the legislators that we need to fix the problem and it is hitting their pocket books.  The state plans to give legislators IOUs to replace wage payments starting in February if the budget is not fixed.

Lets just hope that the Republicans do not cave.  I am sure they all have personal rainy day funds like that state should have.
