It is official, state controller halts tax refund payments

Oh, we ran out of money. We can stop paying the people that don't have union backing.

It is now official.  The Franchise Tax Board has been told by State controller John Chiang (chung) not to send any more refund requests because his office will be unable to process them before Feb. 1st, dooms day.

In a world of tumbling stocks, zero percent interest rates, stimulus packages and out of control corporate spending California State leaders want to raise our taxes, taking more money out of your pockets!  Not only are state leaders mulling around the idea of raising taxes, they can’t will not even pay back the money that they owed to the taxpayers.  And to make matters worst some republicans are breaking their no-tax pledge and publicly considering voting for new taxes.  John and ken have started the 2009 tax revolt, heads on a stick campaign to let our legislators know how we feel about more taxes.

Call these State Assembly Republicans or these State Senate Republicans and tell them no more taxes!

Especially call these representatives because they signed to the no-tax pledge and tell them thank you for sticking to there guns (pledges signed 2007-2008, data from  incumbent and challengers).  The bold names are legislators that have hinted they will break the pledge.
